Carlton Trail Regional College

Campus: Watrous

Admission Requirements for LPN program:

  • Be a high school graduate
  • Have posted a minimum average score of 65% in Grade 12 English, Math, a basic science and a social science course
  • Pass a criminal records check
  • Proof of recent immunizations and results of a physical exam
  • Hold a current CPR/First Aid certification

  • Complete all required applicant documentation

  • Have graduated from high school or be at least 18 years of age
  • Transcripts showing minimum scores of 65% in Grade 12 English, Math, Science and Social Science courses
  • Demonstrate written, reading and spoken proficiencies in English
  • Hold CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Pass a Criminal Record Check
  • Present proof of current immunizations
  • Consent to a pre-admission interview with school administrators
